On this page, you can find a full Europe area code list. As a rule of thumb, you can remember that the international calling codes of most European countries that are at start with the number 3 or 4. Only the area codes of Turkey, Georgia and Azerbaijan start with +9. Apart from Russia, all European area codes consist of two or three digits. The calling code of Russia is only one digit with +7.
